As part of my skincare journey I have grown fond of researching smaller independent beauty brands that are based in the UK and focus on the importance of sustainable ingredients, who's philosophy is one based on 'thoughtfulness and care' regarding the formulation and creations of their skin and body care products.
Introducing Evolve Beauty, who are committed to creating products that are vegan, cruelty free and eco-friendly. Based in Hertfordshire, their products are 'lovingly handmade' in small batches by Product Artisan's who whip up the product orders in the studio. This gives it such a personal touch and also ensures the products are as fresh as possible.
I was kindly gifted the Hyaluronic Eye Complex and Hyaluronic Serum 200. The key ingredient that features in both these products is one of my all time favourites. It helps boost and maintain hydration levels, keeping the skin supple and plump.
The Hyaluronic Eye Complex comes in a neat rollerball applicator, ensuring a smooth and soothing application of the ingredients to the eye area. The cucumber extract gives the skin that extra cooling factor, whilst the Exotic Tuberose flower plant stem focuses on combating the effect of tired puffy eyes. The Hyaluronic Acid also gives the product an anti-ageing element as it helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
This has become my go to morning and evening eye product. I actually use it through the day too perk up my eyes when they feel a bit heavy.
The award winning Hyaluronic Serum 200. The 200 is the reference to the amount of organic hyaluronic acid in mg that is contained in the bottle. It is formulated with Organic Pomegranate to soften and protect and Organic Rosewater which gives it it's light aroma. My skin drinks up this clear serum as I apply it to my cleansed skin and before my moisturiser. It helps my skin to maintain its hydration levels throughout the day.

WHAT SPARKED YOUR INTEREST AND PASSION FOR NATURAL AND ORGANIC BEAUTY PRODUCTS AND WANTING TO LAUNCH YOUR OWN BRAND?
When I was younger I actually suffered with bad skin and so I have always been interested in skin care and learning about the best ingredients and natural solutions for skin problems. After I graduated from University, I followed my passion for natural skincare and ended up helping to set up a brand called NUDE, another natural beauty brand. I loved being a part of the clean beauty revolution and I later decided to take the plunge and create my own natural beauty company, Evolve Organic Beauty.
WHAT WAS THE FIRST PRODUCT YOU DEVELOPED?
The first product we ever developed was our Gentle Cleansing Melt, it is currently our longest standing product and still a firm favourite amongst our customers!
WHAT GIVES YOU THE INSPIRATION FOR THE NAMES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
We usually like to brainstorm as a team to decide what the best name for our products should be. We have however, on occasion, turned to our customers for help when we cant decide what the right name should be, we recently did this for our True Balance Lotion!
HOW LONG DOES THE DEVELOPMENT OF EACH PRODUCT TAKE?
That's a tricky question because it really varies! We begin the process by brainstorming ideas for amazing new products, looking for the best ingredients and finally experimenting through trial and error until we create the perfect product that's ready to share with our customers.
WHAT IS YOUR GO TO PRODUCT WHEN THE SKIN NEEDS AN INSTANT 'PICK ME UP'?
I always reach for our Hyaluronic Serum 200 when my skin is feeling in need of a bit of TLC. It works deep inside the skin to hydrate and plump from within.
WHAT IS YOUR GO TO FAVOURITE PRODUCT TO PROMOTE WELL BEING?
When I am in need of some 'me time' to really relax and unwind I love using the Radiant Glow Mask, the delicious chocolate scent is such a treat and I always feel a lot calmer after taking 10 minutes out of my day for myself.
WHAT IS THE ONE THING EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT EVOLVE BEAUTY?
All our products are 100% vegan, cruelty free and lovingly created by hand using the finest ingredients!
WHAT DOES THE REST OF 2019 HAVE IN STORE FOR EVOLVE BEAUTY?
In 2019 we're thinking a lot about 'slow beauty', we are making sure that we're only buying products that we need, that we'll use and that we'll love! We are also taking the time to really appreciate every aspect of those products such as their soothing scents and textures.
