I will be sharing some of my most loved skin and body care rituals, using some of my most trusted brands that deliver amazing results.


The products and additional tools I have chosen will compliment each ritual. So whether you have 5 minutes to spare or a little longer to indulge in some self care - I promise these will really help lift your mood and condition and rebalance your skin at the same time.

Body Care with Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Collection


The signature Anti-Fatigue aroma is the essence of this collection. Sage, Cypress, Geranium and Rosemary really help to energise, refresh and reawaken the senses.


REN have teamed up with TerraCycle, an innovative recycling company, to create the body wash bottle out of 100% recycled plastic, containing 20% reclaimed ocean plastic.

The 10 Minute Morning Energiser

To help kick start my energy levels in the morning I like to reach for something that is going to invigorate my senses and leave me feeling ready to face the day! Introducing RENs Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Collection.

Step 1


I highly recommend investing in a Body Brush.

Dry body brushing will help to eliminate flaky dead skin cells, increase circulation and boost your lymphatic system.

Start by using upward, light, brisk strokes toward the heart on the legs. Split your leg into sections working on the lower leg, upper leg and then the buttocks. Transition to the abdomen and apply light circular movements. Split the arm into two sections lower and upper and continue with light, brisk upward strokes. If your body brush has a long handle this is ideal for targeting your back. Exfoliating body mitts made of bamboo and cotton or Sisal Knitted Gloves are great natural exfoliating alternatives.

Step 2


Massage this exfoliating body balm onto dry skin, prior to getting in the shower. Use circular motions and focus on any specific dry, flaky areas such as heels, knees and elbows.

The massaging action will also relax any tight muscles.

Sea Salt & Epsom Salts exfoliate dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling smooth Micro Algae Oil helps to replenish skin with moisture and essential minerals



Step 3


As you step into your shower, apply 1-2 pumps of this sulphate free formula into the hand and take in 3 deep breaths. Let your sense of smell engage with the uplifting essential oil blend. Atlantic Kelp Extract is a source of natural minerals to nourish the skin


Magnesium PCA replenishes and moisturisers

Continue to cleanse your body and remove any of the salts by continuing to gently massage them into the skin.

Top Tip - ensure the water isn't too hot

Hot water can have a drying effect, literally drawing moisture from the skin

Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it

I find that the oils from the scrub leave a veil of moisture over the skin, leaving it feeling increasingly hydrated!




The 30 Minute Ultimate Indulgence Soak


Step 1

Run a bath and add a few pumps of the Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Body Wash

Light your favourite candle...


Step 2

Massage this exfoliating body balm onto dry skin, prior to getting in to the bath. Use circular motions and focus on any specific dry, flaky areas such as heels, knees and elbows.


Step 3


Immerse yourself into your warm bath and let the sea salt, magnesium salts and oils diffuse into the water, transforming your bathing experience into an oasis of calm.


The anti-fatigue blend will help release muscular tension and condition the skin, whilst refreshing the senses.

Make sure you pay your skin dry. The oils will leave the skin feeling nurtured and replenished. Apply your favourite moisturiser to further nourish the skin.


The Renewing Foot Ritual

Step 1


Fill a large bowl with water and add one pump of the Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Body Wash


Step 2

Use a natural pumice foot file to smooth away the build up of dead skin in areas like the heels and ball of the foot.

Massage a small amount of the Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Salt Anti-Fatigue Exfoliating Body Scrub to each foot and lower leg.


Step 3


Immerse the feet into the warm water and let soak for up to 5 minutes.


After soaking, pat dry the feet and ensure they are throughly dried.

Apply a body cream or lotion to help seal in the hydration.

Top Tip - Try and do this once a week. Consider adding this step to your At-Home Pedicure Treatment!



Create a Mindful Experience


While your feet are soaking, include a 5 minute mindful meditation exercise.


Focus on your breathing and notice how this makes you feel.


Clear your mind of any busy thoughts and envision yourself laying on a deserted beach with crystal clear calm waters.

Cortisol levels will lower and you’ll feel a renewed sense of energy.
